Founder & CEO
Ajay is the Managing Director and is responsible for the strategic vision and execution of the business and has a wealth of experience, owning and operating businesses within the construction, renovation, real estate, finance and investment sectors for almost twenty years. Ajay prides himself in providing high-quality products and services to end clients in a socially responsible, efficient and sustainable manner.
Sarah Flowerday
Managing Director
A British-Canadian national, Sarah started her UK career 35 years ago in the semiconductor and telecom industry. Having always worked in an engineering/consultancy environment, with designers and end users, she has provided high-level strategic operational strategies, to ensure consistently improved business growth across the globe.
Sarah came to the UAE in 2008, and to date, she has had the privilege of working on many iconic projects; New York University, City Walk, MOE Expansion, Cleveland Clinic, Mediclinic, and numerous other commercial and residential projects across the UAE.
Roman Zematsov
Founder & COO
After serving in the Canadian Forces,
Roman started his career at a global Fortune 500
insurance and investment company, before starting his own sales and marketing consultancy. Roman joins with a wealth of marketing experience to help us grow and drive promotion and sales.
Tamara Manukyan
Interior Designer
Having graduated with a degree in architecture and interior design, Tamara developed her experience delivering projects for clients across the Middle East, Europe, Hong Kong and the USA. She has significant experience in residential F&B, retail, commercial, etc. Tamara's passion lies with 3D visuals, engaging with clients, and bringing ideas to life.
Arshad Mirza
Commercial Manager
Arshad manages commercial and contractual activities from the inception of the project to the handover. He is a qualified quantity surveyor by trade specializing in property and sustainable development. With over 12 years of experience in construction working globally, Arshad has worked in Australia on medium low-rise residential towers from ground break till handing over. Arshad moved to Dubai in 2014 and has since worked on iconic projects such as Expo 2020, One Zabeel, etc. His experience in Dubai has been focused on the interior fit-out works of retail, F&B, residential and commercial Fit-out.

Kevin McGrath
Project Director, Mayfair Group
A British national, Kevin has worked in the GCC since 2008 with some of the region's most prominent contractors and developers. Kevin is a UK-trained joinery and fit-out specialist, having gained the prestigious City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery Qualification with Distinction as well as the Advanced Craft Certification in Carpentry & Joinery. Some other notable certifications include NEBOSH IGC1, GC2, and GC3, as well as IOSH Safety Management,
Scaffold Safety Certification, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness Certification

Derek Burns
Director, Mayfair Joinery
Derek has vast knowledge in joinery manufacturing and interior fit-out, since 1976, having served a joinery apprenticeship in the UK and successfully gaining City and Guilds of London Institute for craft and advanced craft in carpentry and joinery. Derek worked in the UK as a shop fitting carpenter and worked on various branded projects such as FCUK, Colours of Benetton, and ZARA in the London area.
After moving to work in the UAE for an oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi for a few years supervising the fit-out works for the living accommodation for a 5-star oil drilling platform, Derek then moved to Dubai and continued his career in the interior fit-out of schools, five-star hotels, restaurants, retail shops, and residential project and has been doing this for the past 13 years for various major fit-out companies here in Dubai.
our process...
The first step of the Mayfair process is to meet with the client to discuss and help define what it is that they want. We will research their company, culture, and think deeply about the use of the space. We will then go and commission a design and project plan with 2D and 3D visuals.
The next step is then to produce a detailed quotation and schedule for the full project with full assistance. After the quotation is accepted, we will then assign one of our project managers to oversee the full project including, the organisation of materials, contractors, implementation of the plan, scheduling and timekeeping so our clients don’t have to worry about anything. We pride ourselves on exceptional delivery for every project we take on.
