If you are not satisfied with our products, service, or member of staff or wish to raise a specific matter formally, please write to


All written complaints will be logged.


You will receive a written acknowledgement within 3 (three) working days.


The aim is to investigate your complaint properly and give you a reply within 28 (twenty-eight) working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with. If this is not possible, an interim response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered.

Please keep in mind that verbal or physical abuse of any member of our staff shall result in formal complaints to relevant authorities, possible charges against the perpetrator, and constitute a breach of contract.
