She has made significant contributions to iconic projects like New York University, City Walk, MOE Expansion, and more, shaping the UAE's commercial and residential landscape.
Roman Zematsov
Founder & COO
After serving in the Canadian Forces,
Roman started his career at a global Fortune 500 insurance and investment company, before starting his own sales and marketing consultancy. Roman joins with a wealth of marketing experience to help us grow and drive promotion and sales.
Kevin McGrath

Kevin, a British national, is a highly experienced joinery and fit-out specialist in the GCC. With prestigious qualifications including City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery and Advanced Craft Certification, Kevin has worked with renowned contractors and developers in the region since 2008.
Derek Burns
Quality Control Manager
With 40+ years of expertise, excels in joinery manufacturing and interior fit-out. He worked on renowned projects like FCUK, Benetton, and ZARA. After supervising fit-outs for a 5-star oil drilling platform, he focused on Dubai, specialising in schools, hotels, restaurants, retail, and residential projects for 13+ years.
